The Wok of Joy

Our Market on the Plaza this summer will feature Asian snacks and drinks at our booth in the plaza along with Joy's larger menu of noodles, curries, and stir-fries in her vintage food trailer just behind the Market area in Conference Center Plaza. Timber Room (Located in Madeline Hotel & Residences)

Located at the Madeline Hotel & Residences, the Timber Room will help you cap a thrilling day on the mountain. Toast to the moment with expertly crafted whiskey-forward cocktails and their extensive champagne selection around a warming fireplace or the commanding bar. When it’s time to dine, elevated small plates meant for sharing have a touch of Old World flair, whether it’s Devilish Eggs with shaved black truffle or a Timber Room baked potato topped with crème fraîche and Russian osetra caviar. Sophisticated, yet always approachable modern mountain dishes range from line-caught wild salmon with lemon caper butter to Rocky Mountain elk loin with local huckleberry jus.

Tomboy Tavern

Located slopeside at the base of the Village Express (4) in the Mountain Village core, the Tomboy Tavern offers over 15 craft beers, 50 wines from around the world, and exceptionally prepared cocktails. Ski the day away and join them for lunch, après ski, or dinner and enjoy their uniquely refined menus.

Tracks Café & Bar

At Tracks Café & Bar, you will find a wide array of hot and cold sandwiches, pastries, salads, coffees and drinks. Relax on the outdoor patio that is the center of Mountain Village or watch a game at the full bar where there's a great selection of beers on tap.

Uno Dos Tres Tacos + Tequila

Uno Dos Tres Tacos + Tequila is serving up delicious tacos and drinks in a family-friendly environment. The menu features carne asada tacos, birria and adobo grilled chicken, as well as duck carnitas and papas bravas. Guests can also grab a salad, chips and salsa, quesadillas and much more.

Viceroy Cafe

Viceroy Cafe offers espresso drinks, cold-pressed juices, fresh smoothies and grab-and-go food at their cafe inside Mangala Yoga in Telluride, Colorado.

VINO d’Estate

The Vino d’Estate Dining Room will offer an ever-changing farm to table four to five course chef’s tasting menu and wine experience. The menu will focus on the cuisine of wine regions from across the globe and Chef Meredith will source ingredients from local farms and markets as well as fresh product from the Telluride Farmers Market every Friday. Telluride Ski & Golf Wine Director and Sommelier, Andrew Shaffner will provide interesting and delicious wine pairings to compliment every dish. This is sure to be the most fun, creative, and exclusive dining experience around!

Wine Mine

Wine Mine is a liquor store in Telluride specializing in unique, small production beer, wine and spirits of impeccable quality and value. They also offer a "Ship & Hold" service: If you are shipping wine ahead of time, they will store it for you in the temperature controlled mine to let the wine settle and acclimate.
